The glue between every tool this mission has shipped. Watch something happen in one project — a waitlist hits a signup milestone, a poll closes, a link crosses a click count, a status page goes down, a changelog gets a new entry — and automatically fire a webhook or post an update somewhere else. Like Zapier, but wired directly into this mission's own stack. No account needed.
How it works
Pick a trigger: the product you want watched, the slug/id of the thing in it, and (for milestone triggers) how big a step counts as a milestone.
Pick an action: deliver a webhook POST to any URL you control (your own Slack/Discord incoming webhook works great), or — on Pro — auto-post an entry to one of your own ChangeBox boards.
A Cloudflare Cron Trigger wakes up every 5 minutes. Pro rules are checked on every tick; free rules are checked roughly every 30 minutes (one tick in six) to stay within a sane automation budget. The very first check only sets a baseline (so a rule pointed at an already-busy resource doesn't fire a backlog of actions) — every check after that compares against the last one and fires on real change.
Create an automation
The waitlist's slug (from its WaitBox URL).
